By "Opting In" to or using a “Text Message Service” from Piedmont Law Group PLLC you accept these Terms & Conditions.

This agreement is between you and Piedmont Law Group or one of its affiliates. All references to "Piedmont Law Group," "we," "our," or "us" refer to Piedmont Law Group PLLC, 312 Main Street, Danville, VA 24541.

DEFINITIONS

"Text Message Service" includes any program, notification, transaction follow-up, or alert system operated by Piedmont Law Group PLLC that sends text messages to your mobile device. "You" refers to the individual who completes the opt-in process, submits their number on our contact forms, or interacts with our messaging system.

CONSENTING TO TEXT MESSAGING

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive administrative, legal, and operational text messages (including SMS and MMS) from Piedmont Law Group PLLC. These may include automated appointment reminders, critical updates regarding your legal documents, and billing alerts. Your consent is voluntary and is not a strict condition of receiving general legal representation, though it greatly expedites communications.

E-SIGN DISCLOSURE

By opting in, you agree to use electronic records and signatures. You confirm your consent to receive disclosures, notices, and agreements electronically rather than in paper format. You may request a paper copy of these terms or withdraw your consent to electronic communications at any time by contacting us directly at our physical address.

TEXT MESSAGE SERVICE PRIVACY POLICY

Piedmont Law Group PLLC values your absolute privacy. We collect and store your mobile number solely to coordinate and transmit your text messages. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile messaging data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. COSTS OF TEXT MESSAGES

We do not charge any internal subscription fees for our Text Message Service. However, standard message and data rates may apply depending on your current wireless carrier and mobile plan. You are solely responsible for any billing charges imposed by your mobile network operator.

FREQUENCY OF TEXT MESSAGES

Message frequency varies dynamically based on the current status of your legal matters, inquiries, or active cases. You may receive multiple messages during critical phases of contract closing or documentation, and fewer during inactive or administrative intervals.

OPTING OUT OF TEXT MESSAGES

You retain the absolute right to opt out of our text messaging program at any time. To cancel the service and cease receiving messages, simply reply STOP to any text message sent by Piedmont Law Group PLLC. After sending STOP, you may receive one final automated message verifying your removal from our active contact lists. No further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate opt-in protocols.
